Set up your plans & pricing

Plans are what members buy. You build them in your catalog, set a price, and publish — then they show on your storefront and members can check out. You can add plans before Stripe is connected; you just can’t sell them online until it is.

The kinds of plan

• Membership — a recurring subscription (weekly or monthly) that renews on Stripe until the member cancels. Best for unlimited or regular access.
• Class pass / pack — a bundle of credits the member spends to book (e.g. a 10-class pack). Bought once; credits draw down as they book.
• Drop-in — a single visit, paid one time. The simplest way to let someone try a class without committing.
• Intro offer — a first-time promo a customer can buy only once (see the acquisition note below). Priced like any other plan.

Create and publish one

1. Open your catalog and choose New plan.
2. Pick the kind, give it a clear name, and set what it grants — for a pack, the number of credits; for a membership, the renewal interval.
3. Set a price. A plan with no price can’t be sold — this is the most common reason a plan never appears for members.
4. Publish it. Draft plans stay hidden; published plans show on your storefront and in the member buy sheet.

Account credit does not auto-pay a recurring membership renewal — that’s deliberate, so a member’s balance can’t be silently drained each month. Credit can cover one-time purchases like a pack or drop-in.
