How is KADRE different from Mindbody?

Three structural differences, not a feature race. You're the merchant of record with direct Stripe payouts and a 0% platform cut — KADRE takes no cut of your sales, where Mindbody runs a consumer marketplace and can take a cut on network-sourced bookings on top of its subscription. Your members book on your own branded site at you.kadre.fit, not a shared directory that can market to them. And KADRE drafts your storefront from the website you already have so you go live the same day. KADRE is independent and founder-run.

How is KADRE different from Mariana Tek?

Mariana Tek is a premium platform aimed at larger, multi-location brands, typically sold through a sales process and an implementation. KADRE is built for the independent, single-location studio to set up and run itself — no enterprise contract, no implementation timeline. You review a storefront drafted from your existing website and go live at you.kadre.fit the same day, and you keep 100% of what you charge (merchant of record, direct Stripe payouts, 0% platform cut; only Stripe's standard processing fee applies).

What does KADRE cost, and what's the catch on the 0% platform cut?

Free up to 50 active members. Past 50 it's $1 per active member per month, hard-capped at $99/mo — the cap never rises with your headcount. The 0% platform cut means exactly that: KADRE takes no cut of your sales. The only fee on a member's payment is Stripe's standard card-processing fee, paid to Stripe (not a KADRE markup), because you're the merchant of record and the money goes straight to your bank. The one optional add-on, AI Coach ($79/mo), sits on top and is off by default.

Do my members pay KADRE a fee when they book or buy?

No. KADRE never adds a booking fee, service fee, or platform surcharge to your members' payments. When a member buys a membership, pack, or drop-in, the charge is what you set — it goes to your own Stripe account (you're the merchant of record) minus only Stripe's standard card-processing fee, which Stripe charges you, not your member. There's no consumer marketplace between you and your member and no per-booking cut.

What does the AI actually do — is it just a chatbot?

It's not a chatbot bolted on — it recommends and you approve, and it never acts on its own. Two things run today: a weekly plan generator that produces a training plan per active member (healthy plans release to the member; any low-confidence plan is held for a coach to review first), and a retention loop that scores who's at risk of churning and puts a review task on your coach's desk — it flags the member and surfaces why they're slipping, and your coach taps to draft the win-back. The framing is deliberately operator, not AI: it does the operating work for you at a recommend-and-approve posture, and nothing that touches money ever happens without a human saying yes.

Can I leave KADRE? Is my data locked in?

You can leave any time and take everything with you. From owner settings you can export your studio's data as spreadsheet-ready CSV — your member list, your attendance history, and your sales and payments record — in one tap, with no export fee and no support ticket. And because you're the merchant of record, your members' cards live in your own Stripe account, so those payment relationships leave with you too. KADRE was never in the middle of your money.

Is the booking experience my brand, or KADRE's?

It's your brand. Members book on a real, SEO-indexed storefront at your own address, you.kadre.fit, with your color, your font, and your logo — not a shared, KADRE-branded consumer app and not a marketplace directory. You can also drop your live schedule straight onto your own existing website (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or a custom site) with a copy-paste embed. It works as a home-screen web app on any phone, with no app-store download required.

Can I just try KADRE, or do I have to talk to sales?
