Privacy Policy

KADRE is an early-access booking platform for independent fitness studios. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and how we handle it. We keep it simple, and we’ll update this page as the product grows.

What we collect

To run the service, KADRE handles a few kinds of information:

  • Account information — the details you provide to sign in, such as your name and email.
  • Studio content — when a studio owner sets up their site, they can give us a URL to read public information about their business so we can pre-fill their storefront.
  • Booking data — the sessions you book and related activity, so studios can run their schedules and check-ins.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to KADRE — we don’t store your full card number. Stripe processes payments on behalf of the studio you’re buying from, under Stripe’s own privacy practices.

Studio member data belongs to the studio

When you’re a member of a studio on KADRE, your membership and booking data belongs to that studio. The studio uses it to run its business — schedules, check-ins, and communications. KADRE stores and protects it on the studio’s behalf, and the studio is responsible for how it uses that data with its members.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties to advertise to you. We use the information above to run KADRE and provide the service to you and to the studios you belong to.

Accessing or deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of the personal information KADRE holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Because much of your data lives with the studio you belong to, the fastest path is to contact your studio directly — they can action your request or escalate it to KADRE. Some records tied to payments or signed agreements may need to be kept for a period where the law requires it, and we’ll tell you if that applies to your request.

Changes to this policy

As KADRE evolves, this policy will too. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update this page so you can see what we do with your information.
