What is the operator (and the Ledger)?

The Ledger is a short list of suggestions from KADRE’s AI “operator.” Overnight it looks for small, useful moves worth making, and writes each one up as a draft for you to approve. Right now it has exactly one lever: nudging a member whose weekly plan has a session due to grab an open spot in an under-filled upcoming class. Only owners and managers can open the Ledger.

It drafts — you decide

Every item is a draft, never an action already taken. It opens with the plain reasons behind it — which member, which class, and how full that class is — so you can see exactly why it’s suggested before you touch it.

• Approve — send the drafted nudge as written.
• Edit & approve — adjust the wording first, then send.
• Skip — dismiss it; nothing happens.

Nothing sends until you approve it. The operator can’t message a member on its own — see “Does the operator message members without me?”
