Turn the operator on (why the Ledger is empty)
The operator ships off by default, and only has something to suggest when a member has a due plan and there’s an under-filled class to fill. An empty Ledger is often normal.
The operator ships off by default — until it’s enabled it won’t even draft, so the Ledger stays quiet. And even when it’s on, it only has something to say when the pieces its one live lever needs are all in place.
What it needs before it can suggest anything
- Your studio is live.
- A member has a released weekly plan with a session due.
- There’s an under-filled upcoming class in that time bucket they aren’t already booked into.
When there are no due plans lined up with open slots, there’s honestly nothing to propose — so an empty Ledger usually means “no useful move right now,” not a broken screen.
Turning the operator on and setting its guardrails isn’t a self-serve screen in the app yet — the on/off and guardrail settings live in your studio’s data but aren’t exposed as an owner control surface during the pilot. If you want it enabled or tuned, contact us and we’ll set it with you.
