Add your coaches to your public page

Every staff member has a profile — name, title, bio, specialties, certifications, and an optional headshot — that you edit from your Team page. To feature them on your storefront’s “Our Coaches” section, you turn their profile Public.

1. Open your Team page and pick the staff member.
2. Fill in (or ask them to fill in) their profile — title, bio, specialties, certifications, and a headshot.
3. Flip Show on our public page to Public. You’ll be asked to confirm the person is an adult who consents to appearing publicly — see the note below.

Profiles are hidden by default for privacy, and publishing one requires ticking a box confirming the person is an adult and consents to appearing on your public site. It’s enforced in the form and on the server — you can’t make a profile public without it. Turn it back to Hidden anytime.

The public section shows title, bio, specialty pills, and a “Certified” list — and omits any field left blank. It only appears once at least one coach is Public; with zero public coaches it’s left off entirely. Per-coach detail pages, “book this coach,” and social links aren’t part of it yet.
