Staff roles & what each can do
Owner, Admin, Manager, Coach, and Front desk each see a different slice of KADRE. Here’s who can invite staff, edit the schedule, and set up payments.
When you invite someone to your team, you give them a role. The role decides what they can see and do — the app hides what a role isn’t allowed to touch. Here’s each role, plainly.
Owner
Full control of the studio. The owner is the one seat that can’t be removed, and it’s the only role that can connect Stripe, run identity/tax setup, and take the studio live. An owner can do everything below.
Admin
Runs the studio day-to-day alongside the owner: can invite staff, manage the schedule, and see the money side. The difference from an owner is that Admin isn’t the protected owner seat.
Manager
Runs operations: the schedule, class types, services, provider availability, brand, and the front desk. A manager can’t invite staff and doesn’t get the owner-only payment/Stripe setup.
Coach
Focused on their own work: their availability and calendar, plan review, and their athletes. Coaches don’t manage the studio schedule or the admin console.
Front desk
The counter: check-in, the customer directory, and the appointment book. Front desk keeps the day running without editing the schedule or touching payment setup.
Only the owner and admins can invite staff — that’s why a manager doesn’t see the invite button. And the owner seat can’t be removed, so a studio always has someone in charge.
