If your studio has 50 or fewer active members right now, KADRE costs nothing. No credit card required to start. Build your storefront, go live, and start taking bookings — free.
$1 per active member per month
Once you grow past 50, you pay $1 for each active member that month — not for every member ever, only the ones who were active. "Active" means they booked at least one class or appointment in that billing period.
Hard-capped at $99 per month
The cap never rises no matter how many members you add. Whether you have 100 active members or 500, your KADRE bill is the same: $99/month. The cap is the ceiling, not a tier.
0% platform cut — you are the merchant of record
KADRE takes 0% of your revenue. You collect payments directly into your own Stripe account. The only fee that applies to your sales is Stripe's standard card-processing fee, paid to Stripe — never a KADRE markup.

Add-on prices are per studio per month and billed alongside the base plan. Enabling an add-on does not change the 0% platform-cut model — all revenue still goes directly to your Stripe account.

- What does KADRE cost?
- KADRE is free for studios with 50 or fewer active members. After that you pay $1 per active member per month — capped at $99/month regardless of how many members you have. An active member is someone who booked at least once in that billing period.
- Does KADRE take a cut of my revenue?
- No. KADRE's platform cut is 0%. You are the merchant of record: your members pay you directly into your own Stripe account. The only fee that applies to your sales is Stripe's standard card-processing fee, paid to Stripe. KADRE never takes a percentage of what you charge.
- What is the $99 cap?
- The $1/active-member price is hard-capped at $99 per month. Once your bill reaches $99, it stops — there is no higher tier, no overage charge, and no surprise invoice no matter how many active members you have above 100. The cap is a ceiling, not a floor.
- Are the add-ons included in the base price?
- No. The base plan (free → $1/member, capped at $99/month, 0% cut) includes the full booking platform, your branded storefront at you.kadre.fit, memberships, class packs, waitlists, and the owner/staff/member dashboards. The add-ons — AI Coach ($79/mo), SMS notifications ($29/mo), branded mobile app ($39/mo), and custom domain ($10/mo) — are optional and billed on top of the base price only if you enable them.
- Can I stay on the free plan forever?
- Yes — if your studio stays at or below 50 active members, you pay nothing. There is no trial period, no forced upgrade, and no credit card required to start. If you grow past 50 active members in a given month, you are billed $1 per active member that month (capped at $99).
