Waitlists — joining, your position, and getting in

When a class is at capacity, the Book button becomes Join waitlist. Tapping it adds you at the next open position — there’s no separate form. A waitlist spot holds no seat and uses no credit.

• Your position or the count only show if your studio has turned those on. If they’re off, you’ll see that you’re waitlisted but not a number — that’s the studio’s choice, not a bug.
• Getting promoted is automatic: when someone ahead of you cancels, the next waitlister is promoted into the freed seat and gets a notification — you don’t re-book.
• Leaving the waitlist is always free — it holds no seat and consumed no credit.

Because promotion hands you a real seat, a promoted booking becomes a normal booking — including any cancel window if you later drop it.
