Sell at the desk (walk-ins & in-person sales)

From a customer’s profile (or the customer directory) tap Sell to open Sell at the desk. The flow is: find or create the customer → pick a product → choose how they’re paying → optionally book them into a class → optionally capture a waiver → receipt (print or email).

Honest limits you need to know

• Cash is the only pay-now method at the desk today. The two card options — In-person card (Terminal) and Send a payment link — are shown but disabled and labelled “coming soon.” They’re deliberately blocked so nothing silently charges nothing.
• The desk sells one-time items only — drop-ins and class packs (plus an ad-hoc line item). Memberships are online-only; the flow points the member to your storefront to subscribe, because a desk membership sale would take money and grant nothing.
• A double-click can’t double-charge. Each sale mints one idempotency key reused across retries.

Account credit can pay for a one-time pack or drop-in at the desk, but it can’t buy a membership — that’s deliberate.
