Reschedule a class
Reschedule moves your spot to another time. The same fee rule as cancelling applies to the class you’re leaving; you don’t spend a second credit to move.
On a booked class, choose Reschedule (not Cancel). This opens a picker of other class times and moves your spot. The same fee rule as cancelling applies, computed on the class you’re leaving: moving outside that class’s late-cancel window is free; inside it, the same late-change fee applies and is shown before you confirm. If your target class is full, you’re moved onto its waitlist instead of getting a confirmed seat.
Rescheduling keeps your pack credit tied to the booking — you don’t spend a second credit to move. Appointments have their own reschedule on /appointments.
