Put classes on your calendar
A class type isn’t a bookable session. Add your classes to the calendar — members can book a class the moment it’s scheduled.
If your schedule looks empty even though you’ve set up your classes, it’s almost always the difference between a class type and a scheduled session. They’re not the same thing.
Class type vs. bookable session
- A class type is the template — the name, length, and capacity of a class you offer (say, “Vinyasa 60”).
- A scheduled session is that type placed on a specific day and time. That’s the thing members actually book.
Creating a class type doesn’t put anything on the calendar. Until you schedule it, there’s nothing to reserve — which is why the schedule can read “No classes on the calendar yet.”
Add a class to the schedule
- Open your schedule and choose Add your first class (or the add-class control on any day).
- Pick the class type, the day and time, and how often it repeats. A recurring class fills in every future date for you.
- Save. Members can book it the moment it’s on the calendar.
Set up class types but the days you expect are still blank? Use “Generate sessions now” on the schedule to fill in upcoming dates from your recurring classes.
Started with a suggested timetable? Suggested times are never live until you confirm them — open Classes, review each class, and tap “Confirm & publish”. Members only ever see times you’ve confirmed.
