The operator’s guardrails (caps, quiet hours, banned phrases)
Before any draft can send, it passes a guardrail check twice — message caps, a send-hours window, no-contact rules, and a hard block on over-promise health claims.
Before any drafted nudge can send, it passes a guardrail check — once when it’s drafted, and again right before it would go out. The check errs toward asking you rather than sending. Here’s what protects your members.
- A daily action cap — a ceiling on how much the operator can do in a day.
- A per-member message cap — by default no more than 2 operator messages to the same member in a month.
- A send-hours window — by default 9am–9pm in your studio’s timezone, plus any weekdays you mark no-contact.
- A no-contact list — specific members the operator will never message.
- A brand-safety pass — a hard block on over-promise and health claims (for example “guaranteed results”, “miracle”, “clinically proven”), plus any phrases you ban. A claims hit is a hard veto: it never sends.
These defaults are in place today, but tuning them (your own quiet hours, extra banned phrases, a no-contact member) isn’t a self-serve screen in the app yet. During the pilot, contact us to adjust them.
