Export your studio’s data (you’re not locked in)

Download spreadsheet-ready CSVs of your members, attendance, and sales anytime from Settings. Your business records are yours to take.

Your data is yours to take. In Settings → Export your data you download spreadsheet-ready CSVs of three datasets — one button each, or “Export everything” for all three. Only owners and managers can export, and it’s scoped to your own studio.

What’s in each export

Members — Name, Email, Phone, Role, Status, Joined, and Member ID. Ready for a mailing list or your CRM.
Attendance — your check-in record, for tracking usage.
Sales — your money record, for bookkeeping and your accountant.

Files come named like yourstudio-members-YYYYMMDD.csv, with a UTF-8 marker so Excel shows accented names correctly. Heavy repeated pulls are rate-limited (up to 20 per hour) as a safety measure on bulk member data.

Export is CSV-only and covers these three datasets — it’s business-record portability, not a total account archive. There’s no schedule or brand export today.
