Does the operator message members without me?

No. The operator runs at what we call the “recommend” level: it drafts a suggestion, you decide, and nothing is sent until you click Approve. You review every message before it can go out in your name.

Why it can’t go rogue

• Approval can never be automatic. The operator’s autonomy is clamped to “recommend” in code — even a mis-set policy can’t promote it to acting on its own.
• Live sends are held during the pilot. The dispatch switch is off for real studios, so a queued message for your studio is held, not delivered. It’s used only for demo studios while we prove the loop out.

So during the pilot you’ll see the operator draft and you’ll approve — but a real member isn’t contacted yet. When live sending switches on, it’s a deliberate, reviewed change, never a silent default.
