Coach notes are internal

Coach notes are coach-internal. The composer in the Athlete panel labels them “internal · members never see this.” You add a note, and it’s visible to coaching staff, not to the member.

You can edit or delete a note you authored; managers and above can edit any note. The buttons only appear when you’re allowed, and the server is the real authority on who can change a row.
